Then, ice which is in turkey is heated by oil. The ice melt and water leak from turkey. water is denser than oil, so water sink to bottom of pot. water is heated oil and fire's heat. For a minute, water boil and expand rapidly. As a result, boiling oil boil over and injure people. boiling oil sometimes cause fire, so we must be careful when we cook deep-fried turkey.
